Our Villa is made up of four beautifully designed units, all within one private property. It’s an ideal setup for families, groups of friends, retreats, or anyone looking to enjoy the space together.
Whenever possible, we offer the Villa as a full-property rental, giving your group exclusive use of the entire space for a more private, relaxed experience.
As we get closer to high season, individual units may become available to fill shorter gaps in the calendar. When this happens, availability will appear automatically in our booking system.

Villas at Kaliva
Villas at Kaliva is a private, full-property retreat in Sayulita, designed for groups who want space, comfort, and time together. The property includes four separate living spaces with a total of eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, all within one beautifully connected villa setting.
At the center of the property is an expansive indoor/outdoor living area featuring a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, indoor lounge with large flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a covered outdoor space that opens to a resort-style pool with waterfalls, sun deck, pool heater, and outdoor TV. A second outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and dining area makes entertaining easy.
In addition to the main villa, the property includes:
- A three-bedroom, two-bath villa with expansive indoor-outdoor living, fireplace, dual full kitchens, poolside lounge with waterfalls, and an upstairs patio bar
- A three-bedroom villa, each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, and full kitchen
- A spacious loft-style suite with king bed, fireplace, and full kitchen

Casa Buena Vida
Our luxury three-bedroom, two-bath villa boasts beautiful gardens with an amazing 2276 sq ft of indoor/outdoor space. The downstairs living area provides a full indoor kitchen with double fridge, 48″ range with dual stove, and double waterfall sinks with two dishwashers. This kitchen looks over our indoor/outdoor lounge area which can be closed for those hot days where air conditioning is needed. The indoor living room has seating for eight to watch programming on a 65” flatscreen tv. The outdoor living area contains another full kitchen with built-in BBQ. It includes a beverage fridge, 30” range with stove, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. The patio seating and formal dining area makes for an amazing living space that seamlessly blends the first floor into one cohesive unit overlooking our beautiful pool – with three flowing waterfalls, sun deck heater and 70″ TV. There’s no better space to relax, play and enjoy Sayulita’s beautiful weather.
The upstairs area contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large patio, and bar area. The master bathroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms come equipped with queen beds, TV’s, and closets. Outdoor patio area contains seating for relaxing and entertainment and is equipped with outdoor bar which includes sink, refrigerator and bar seats.

El Nuevo Dias
This 1092 sq ft villa comes with three bedrooms, all with full ensuite bathrooms. With two king and one queen bed, it provides ample comfort for after those long beach days. Living room comes with full couch, 75″ TV with fireplace. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, sink and dishwasher allows cooking for all types of meals.

El Desvan
Our spacious 1044 sq ft loft provides an abundant amount of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Containing a king bed, 85″ TV with fireplace, and multiple seating areas. Includes full bathroom and kitchen. Modern kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator, sink, stove/oven and dishwasher.
Three night minimum stay.
Hora Feliz
Our comfortable 288 sq ft studio comes equipped with all the amenities needed to make an enjoyable stay. It includes a queen bed, 55″ flat screen TV, and desk making it perfect for one or two people. Also included is a full bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator, sink, and stove.
Three night minimum stay.
